Yes, transportation is provided to the guests staying at the room block hotels (Embassy Suites Downtown & Tampa Marriott Water Street). Transportation will also be provided for everyone between the ceremony, the reception, and the after party venues.

Black tie preferred. For Men: A tuxedo (traditional black tie) is encouraged. A dark suit and tie are also welcome. For Women: A floor-length evening gown (traditional black tie) is encouraged. A formal ankle-length dress is also welcome.

The Academy of Holy Names has plenty of parking. You can enter via the main entrance on Bayshore Boulevard or back entrance off MacDill Ave. Please see attached map. All pink highlighted areas are open parking.

Doors open at 3:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

While the wedding ceremony will be held at the Catholic High School Olivia attended, it will not be a full mass and there will not be communion. The ceremony will be about 30 minutes long.

There will be complimentary valet and self-parking lots at Palma Ceia Country Club.

Yes, please join us for an after party with more food and drinks following our reception! It will be held in the Red Room at the Arts Club in the Tampa Edition. Transportation will be provided.
